Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to everyone who takes part in the StockFlow partner program ("partner", "you"). By applying you agree to them. See the partner program overview for a summary.

1. Joining the program

You need a StockFlow account and an approved application. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, including your payout method and payout email.

2. Attribution

• Referrals are tracked with your personal link (?ref=your-code or /r/your-code) and a first-party cookie that lasts 90 days.
• Attribution is last-click: if a visitor used several partner links, the most recent one before signup counts.
• A customer is linked to a partner when they create their StockFlow account. Existing StockFlow users cannot be referred, and each customer can only be linked to one partner.

3. Commission

• You earn a one-off commission of $25 for every referred customer who upgrades to a paid StockFlow plan (Professional or higher). The commission is earned on the customer's first paid plan payment.
• Each referred customer earns a commission only once. Later renewals, plan changes and add-ons do not earn additional commission, and add-on purchases alone do not qualify.
• Commissions are always calculated and paid in US dollars, whatever currency the customer pays in.
• The commission lapses if the qualifying payment is refunded or charged back, or if the customer cancels their paid plan before the commission is confirmed. If a commission was already paid out and its payment is later refunded or charged back, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
• StockFlow may agree a different commission amount with individual partners in writing.

4. Confirmation and payouts

• Commissions are confirmed 90 days after the qualifying payment. Once confirmed they become payable.
• Payouts are made monthly by Wise or PayPal once your payable balance reaches at least $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
• You are responsible for any taxes due on your commission and for any fees charged by your payout provider.

5. Prohibited promotion

You may not:

• bid on "StockFlow", "StockFlow Systems" or misspellings of these brand terms in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or any other paid search network, or use them in ad display URLs;
• refer yourself, your own company or accounts you control (self-referral);
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, pop-unders, or any other method that sets the referral cookie without a genuine click by the visitor;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or promote StockFlow on sites with illegal or offensive content;
• make false or misleading claims about StockFlow, offer unauthorized discounts, or present yourself as StockFlow or an official StockFlow reseller.

6. Suspension and termination

StockFlow may suspend or terminate a partner account at any time in case of abuse, fraud or breach of these terms. Commissions resulting from prohibited activity are void and will not be paid. You may leave the program at any time; payable commissions that meet the minimum payout are then paid out in the next monthly run.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or the commission structure. Changes apply to customers who upgrade to a paid plan after the change is published on this page. For questions, contact info@stockflowsystems.com.
