We prioritize connectors from direct customer requests and ship them for real workflows, period-end valuation for accounting, available stock for ecommerce, pick-aware labels for shipping, not a one-way token exchange. Until a native API ships, CSV import/export and tools like Zapier or Make cover most short-term needs.

Does StockFlow integrate with Shopify?
Yes. Install StockFlow from the Shopify admin, map a Shopify location to a StockFlow branch, sync catalog, then pull or push counts. Sync is manual (Pull, Push, or Sync now), not real-time webhook-driven. See the Shopify integration guide.
Does StockFlow integrate with Square?
Yes. Square two-way inventory sync is live: connect under Settings → Integrations, map a location to a branch, sync catalog, then pull or push counts. See the Square integration guide.
Does StockFlow integrate with Housecall Pro?
Not yet. A Housecall Pro connector that syncs materials and pricing to your price book is coming soon. Today you can export your StockFlow catalog as CSV and import it into Housecall Pro.
Does StockFlow integrate with Octopus?
Yes. Octopus period-end stock valuation sync is live: connect under Settings → Integrations, map inventory and variation accounts, then push from Stock Value at Date.
Does StockFlow integrate with QuickBooks Online?
Yes. Connect QuickBooks Online under Settings → Integrations with your Intuit login, map an inventory asset and a stock-variation (COGS) account, then push period-end stock value from Stock Value at Date as a journal entry. See the QuickBooks Online integration guide.
Does StockFlow integrate with Exact Online?
Not yet. Octopus and QuickBooks Online are the accounting packages StockFlow connects to natively. For Exact Online, export stock value at a date as CSV and book it in Exact.
Does StockFlow integrate with Yuki?
Not yet. Octopus and QuickBooks Online are the accounting packages StockFlow connects to natively. For Yuki, export stock value at a date as CSV and book it in Yuki.
Does StockFlow integrate with WooCommerce?
Native WooCommerce sync is not live yet. CSV import works today. Shopify and Square two-way inventory sync are live; for accounting, QuickBooks Online and Octopus get a native period-end valuation push.
Can I use StockFlow with my stack today?
Yes. Most teams import catalogs via CSV, run barcode receiving and counts in StockFlow, and bridge orders or valuation with scheduled exports. Shopify and Square two-way inventory and the QuickBooks Online and Octopus valuation push are already native.
How do I request a new integration?
Contact us and name the platform. Customer demand sets build order for native connections.
