What the Square connector does
StockFlow is built for warehouse operations—scanning, receiving, multi-location stock, and counts. Square is the register and payments layer many retailers already run. The StockFlow ↔ Square connector keeps those roles clear: ops and warehouse truth in StockFlow, checkout in Square.
Version 1 focuses on the inventory job retailers care about most: bring Square items into StockFlow, then keep on-hand quantities aligned in both directions without CSV exports.

How to connect
In StockFlow, open Settings → Integrations → Square and authorize with your Square login. Pick the Square location and the StockFlow branch it should map to, then save.
Run Sync catalog to create or match products by SKU. Use Pull from Square to seed on-hand counts, then Push to Square after warehouse counts or receiving. Sync now pulls Square deltas first, then pushes StockFlow changes; if both sides changed the same SKU, StockFlow keeps its quantity and the conflict is logged.
What is not in v1
Order and sales import, customer sync, payments, creating items in Square from StockFlow, and real-time webhooks are not part of this release. Manual Sync now covers two-way counts until webhook-driven updates ship.
