Accounting tools track quantity and cost well enough for financial reporting, but they rarely include phone barcode scanning, warehouse receiving, pick lists, or multi-location transfers. Octopus (Belgium)
Octopus is the primary Belgian online accounting package for many SMEs and accountancy firms. StockFlow’s native Octopus connector pushes period-end stock valuation into Divers journal ledger accounts after you map inventory and stock-variation GL codes.

Yuki (Belgium & Netherlands)
Yuki is cloud accounting for SMEs and accountants across Belgium and the Netherlands. StockFlow’s native Yuki connector authenticates with your Webservice Access Key and pushes period-end stock valuation into a balanced ProcessJournal entry after you map inventory and stock-variation GL accounts.

QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and FreshBooks
For QuickBooks Online or Desktop, export Products and Services (or the Item List), remove non-inventory rows, and import into StockFlow. Run day-to-day receiving, counts, and transfers in StockFlow, then export inventory valuation for your bookkeeper at period close. The same CSV bridge works for Xero, Sage, and FreshBooks item or bill exports.
Native connections on the roadmap are meant to reduce that month-end friction after Octopus, Exact, and Yuki: push valuation/COGS-relevant adjustments, align purchase bills where it makes sense, and keep tax codes and accounts mapped without a spreadsheet ritual.

ERP systems (NetSuite, Odoo, Dynamics, SAP)
ERP suites already contain inventory modules, but many growing manufacturers and distributors still want a lighter operational front-end for floor staff—especially phone scanning and simple warehouse workflows—while the ERP remains the financial and item-master spine. StockFlow can play that role via CSV/item-master imports today.
Native ERP integrations will focus on item master alignment, warehouse/location mapping, and assembly or adjustment flows where customers ask for them. Demand from NetSuite, Odoo, Dynamics 365, and SAP users directly shapes that order.
Automation bridges (Zapier, Make) and CRM side doors
While native accounting sync expands beyond Octopus, Exact, and Yuki, Zapier and Make can move events (new PO, low-stock alert, adjustment logged) between StockFlow and other tools. HubSpot or Mailchimp connections are not accounting systems, but teams sometimes want stock-triggered CRM or campaign signals—those are also roadmap items, with automation as the interim path.
