What is StockFlow?

StockFlow is cloud inventory management software for small and growing businesses. It tracks stock across warehouses, handles purchase and sales orders, barcodes, bills of materials and reporting, and connects to Shopify and other channels. There is a free plan, so your audience can start without a credit card and upgrade when they grow.

How it works

1. Apply

Create a free StockFlow account and fill in the short partner application. We review every application by hand, usually within a few working days.

2. Share your link

Once approved you get a personal link (stockflowsystems.com/r/your-code). Put it in articles, videos, newsletters or client recommendations.

3. Earn per customer

You earn $25 for every referred customer who upgrades to a paid plan. The commission is confirmed after 90 days and paid out once your balance reaches $50.

Frequently asked questions

How much can I earn?
You earn $25 for every customer you referred who upgrades to a paid plan (Professional or higher). Each customer counts once, and there is no cap on how many customers you can refer.
How long is a referral tracked?
Your link sets a 90-day cookie. If the visitor signs up within that time, the account is linked to you for good, even when they only start paying weeks later. If they clicked several partner links, the last click counts.
What do my referrals get?
People who sign up through a partner link get a 30-day free trial of the paid features, and they can stay on the free plan as long as they like.
When and how do I get paid?
A commission is confirmed 90 days after the customer's first paid-plan payment, as long as they keep their plan and the payment is not refunded. Confirmed commissions are paid out monthly via Wise or PayPal once your balance reaches $50.
What counts as a paying customer?
A customer counts when they sign up through your link and then pay for a paid plan: Professional, Business or Enterprise. Buying only an add-on does not count.
Do I need a website to become an affiliate?
No. You can also recommend StockFlow through a newsletter, YouTube, social media, a community you run, or directly to your clients. Agencies, accountants and consultants often earn by referring their own clients.
Is the partner program available worldwide?
Yes. You can join from any country and refer businesses anywhere. Commissions are paid in US dollars via Wise or PayPal.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Self-referrals are blocked automatically and do not earn commission. Cookie stuffing, spam and bidding on StockFlow brand terms in search ads are also not allowed.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The partner program is free. You only need a StockFlow account, which is free as well.
