Paid plans unlock sales/purchase orders, other advanced reports, data export, and higher limits.

Not yet. All plans use email/password or Google sign-in today. SSO (SAML/OIDC) and enforced MFA are on the roadmap. Enterprise customers can flag SSO/MFA as a procurement dependency so we can prioritize. See /security for the full posture.

No. New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial automatically, no credit card required. After the trial you stay on free Starter (within limits). A card is only collected when you subscribe to a paid plan via Stripe Checkout.

Professional and above unlock sales orders, purchase orders, pick lists, stock counts, additional reports (beyond inventory valuation), and data export plus higher product, user, and warehouse limits. Contacts (customers and suppliers) and bills of materials are unlimited on paid plans; Starter includes up to 50 contacts and 3 BOMs. The Production module is included from Professional. Asset tracking and inventory valuation export are included on Starter.

Absolutely. You can upgrade instantly from within your StockFlow dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you never lose access mid-cycle.

Yes. You can add extra user licenses for $2/month each and extra warehouses for $5/month each, on top of what's already included in your plan. Enterprise includes 15 warehouses; add more as needed.

Asset tracking is included on every plan, including free Starter: mark any product as an asset to get check-in/out, maintenance, and depreciation. Each asset counts as one item toward your plan's limit. The Production module is included with Professional and above and is not sold as a separate add-on; every new account can try it during its 14-day Professional trial.

Your data is always safe and never deleted. If your item count exceeds the limit of a lower plan, you can still view existing items but won't be able to add new ones until you're within the limit again.

Yes. European visitors see EUR list prices. Checkout collects your billing address and business tax ID where applicable. Stripe Tax applies VAT, BTW (Belgium/Netherlands), TVA (France), MwSt (Germany), GST, or reverse charge based on your location and registration. Paid invoices are downloadable as PDF from Plan & Billing, bookable by your accountant.

Yes. StockFlow supports CSV import so you can migrate your existing inventory in minutes. Our customer success team is also available to assist with complex migrations.

Enterprise caps at 10,000 products. If you need more, contact us we'll scope higher (or custom) product, user, and warehouse limits, custom contract terms, and dedicated onboarding on top of your Enterprise subscription.
