Inventory accuracy first, then labels
Shipping tools shine at rates, labels, and carrier rules. Inventory tools shine at knowing what is actually on the shelf before you promise a ship date. StockFlow is built for the second job: barcode receiving, picks, packs, and multi-location availability. Native connections to FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, ShipStation, and Shippo are planned so pick confirmation and label creation share one workflow—but those APIs are not live yet.
This hub replaces thin per-carrier status pages with one clear fulfillment integrations guide.
Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL
Until native carrier integrations ship, the recommended pattern is unchanged: confirm picks against StockFlow stock, then create labels in the carrier portal or your existing multi-carrier tool. Negotiated rates, customs docs, and tracking stay where your contracts already live.
When StockFlow carrier connectors land, expected scope includes rate shopping hooks and label triggers tied to fulfilled picks—not a full TMS replacement.
ShipStation, Shippo, and batch fulfillment
ShipStation and Shippo are common for batch labels and address validation across carriers. You can keep using them while StockFlow owns inventory truth: export or sync orders from your storefront into ShipStation/Shippo as you do today, and use StockFlow so warehouse staff are not picking SKUs that are already sold out.
A future StockFlow ↔ ShipStation/Shippo link would aim to pass fulfillment-ready order lines and stock checks automatically. Demand from merchants already on those tools sets priority.
- Pick against StockFlow on-hand
- Print labels in ShipStation, Shippo, or carrier tools
- Reconcile exceptions (short picks, damages) back in StockFlow
Recommended warehouse flow today
Receive with barcode scanning into StockFlow locations. Release picks only for available stock. Pack and hand off to your label tool. Log shortages or damages in StockFlow so storefront and accounting exports stay honest. For broader ecommerce channel sync (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce), see the ecommerce integrations hub.
