Yes. StockFlow includes a Bill of Materials feature that lets you define the components needed to produce finished goods. Use Record Build or multi-stage production runs to deduct components, receive finished goods, and optionally receive byproducts with yield tracking. Production runs can carry a lot/batch number with a lot ledger for stage-to-stage genealogy.
StockFlow includes stock movement reports, inventory valuation (included on the free Starter plan dated per-SKU export with slow-mover flags), low stock reports, dead stock, turnover, and related analytics. Other advanced reports and bulk data export are available on Professional and above.
StockFlow offers four plans: Starter (free, 25 products, 2 users, 1 warehouse), Professional ($9/mo, 2,000 products, 5 users, 2 warehouses), Business ($29/mo, 5,000 products, 8 users, 5 warehouses), and Enterprise ($59/mo, 10,000 products, 15 users, 15 warehouses). Paid plans unlock orders, reports, data export, and higher limits.
Paid-plan trials use Stripe Checkout, which collects a payment method when you start. You are not charged until the 14-day trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. The free Starter plan never requires a card.

StockFlow encrypts data in transit (TLS) and at rest on our cloud database provider. We are a Belgium-based company operating under GDPR. StockFlow itself is not SOC 2, FedRAMP, or CMMC certified—host infrastructure certifications are not the same as a product attestation. Full details: /security.
You do. Your inventory data belongs to you. StockFlow will never sell your data or use it for advertising. You can export your full data at any time.
Yes. Warehouse owners can invite teammates with staff or admin presets and granular permissions (scan, adjust stock, edit products, export, manage users, and more). Permissions are per warehouse, not full multi-org tenancy.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After that, it is permanently deleted from our servers.
