- One app free, then per user. Odoo's "One App Free" plan covers a single app for unlimited users. Install a second app and you move to a paid plan, priced per user per month.
- Plan price. Standard and Custom are per-user plans. On 13 Oct 2026 odoo.com/pricing showed published USD figures of $24.90–$38.90 (Standard) and $49–$76.20 (Custom), plus a 12-month introductory discount for initial users. We cite that range rather than guessing which figure is monthly, yearly, intro or regular.
- Implementation is extra. Implementation services (analysis, data import, customisation, training) are not included in the subscription. Small companies typically buy Odoo Success Packs; mid-size companies usually work with a partner.
- Custom code and hosting. Odoo.sh hosting for custom modules and maintenance of custom code are not included.

Odoo's total cost has three parts:
- Licence: free for one app; otherwise per user per month ($24.90–$38.90 /$49–$76.20 published on 13 Oct 2026).
- Implementation: Success Pack or partner fees. Odoo does not publish a single fixed implementation price; it offers a project estimator.
- Hosting/custom code: Odoo Online is included; Odoo.sh or self-hosting for custom modules costs extra.
StockFlow's cost is the plan price: $0, $19, $39 or $79 per month, plus $2 per extra user and $5 per extra warehouse. No onboarding fee. Yearly billing gives 2 months free.
When Odoo is the better choice
- You want accounting, CRM, sales, POS and inventory in one database.
- You need multi-company or heavy customisation (Odoo Studio, API).
- You have a partner or in-house developer.
- You only need one app and the free plan covers it.
In those cases, Odoo is the stronger option. StockFlow is not an ERP.
